APPOINTMENT BOOKING DURING THE COVID-19 PAMDEMIC

All our appointments with a GP are currently conducted by telephone.

If you ring reception they will allocate you the next available appointment with your usual GP.

Once you have consulted with the GP via telephone, the GP may invite you to the Practice for a face to face consultation with you.  The GP will give you an appointment time to come to the Practice.

There are currently very few people at all in our waiting room at any time, and if you do have to come here we would ask that you tell us you have arrived, but you may be asked to wait outside. Please observe social distancing wherever possible.

Some phone appointments are available to be booked online. They can now be booked up to 28 days ahead, and THEY ARE FOR A TELEPHONE CONSULTATION. Some of these are allocated as URGENT appointments, if you feel that your current problem really cannot wait for a routine consultation.

DO NOT COME TO THE PRACTICE TO SEE A GP UNLESS YOU ARE REQUESTED TO BY A DOCTOR

The receptionists will ask you some questions related to coronavirus symptoms before booking an appointment for you.
