EASTER OPENING TIMES
We close at 6.30pm on Thursday 1st April and re-open at 8.00am on Tuesday 6th April.
If you require medical attention over the Bank Holiday weekend, please call the Practice on 0115 9858822 and your call will be diverted to the out of hours GP.

COVID-19 VACCINATION PROGRAMME
The Covid-19 vaccination programme has begun. When it is your turn to be vaccinated, the NHS will contact you.
Please do not contact the NHS, or this GP Practice.
In Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, a few different health care organisations, including hospitals, GP practices, care homes, and others are working together on the Covid-19 vaccination programme.
This means that when it is your turn to be vaccinated, this may not be at you GP practice.
Local Vaccination Centres include the Forest Recreation Ground and Kingsmeadow (Lenton Lane)

In line with national guidance, we have now opened Covid-19 vaccination booking for people who are in cohorts 6.
- Anyone between the ages of 16 to 65 with underlying health conditions which put them at a higher risk of serious disease or mortality. This is also known as “clinically vulnerable.” Read more about who is eligible here.
- Anyone who is in receipt of carer’s allowance.
- Anyone who is the main carer of an elderly or disabled person, whose welfare may be at risk if the carer falls ill.

We understand that a lot of people want to be vaccinated and would like to reassure you that this will happen. Please be patient and wait to be contacted.

If you are concerned you may have coronavirus, you have a high temperature, a new persistent cough or sudden loss of taste and smell, or have been told to self isolate, or been in contact with anybody who has Coronavirus, Please DO NOT LEAVE THE HOUSE.

WE ARE ASKING THAT PATIENTS SHOULD PLEASE WEAR SOME SORT OF PROTECTIVE FACE COVERING.. WHICH CAN BE A MASK, SCARF ETC, WHEN YOU VISIT THE SURGERY.
We cannot supply patients with a mask, and they do not need to be of a surgical standard
